I just finished this little painting and want to dedicate this image to Daria who passed away yesterday. She was a lovely person who helped us in the Russell school garden and often came down for a chat. She also was very encouraging of my art and followed me on facebook. She left us to early, only 45 but glad I met her when I did.

This evening it was the opening night for the Reyburn House members art exhibition. Great show with oodles of vibrancy. A painting for every type of taste. Few things sold already.
